DeSci Labs

DeSci Labs is a passionate group of builders who are working to create a radically transparent ledger of scientific record that is reproducible, secure, permanent, interoperable and resistant to cross-national censorship. Their first project, Research Nodes, is an interface for interactive research objects living in an open state repositories. These research objects give scientists the ability to store a variety of components including manuscripts, code, data, videos, images and more. These components can be linked together to showcase reproducibility through an imbedded annotation system and in-browser compute functionality on a familiar IDE interface. The entirety of a Research Node is citeable, from the entire object down to a specific annotation in a past version history.
